My Award Winning Quilt...

I won Second Place with this quilt called "Little Rays of Sunshine" (pattern can be found on Moda Bakeshop)..It reminded me of life's Ups and Downs..A fun Jelly Roll quilt that is actually easier than it looks..

This quilt was Pieced and Designed by Nora Conant and quilted by me... You can find a picture and the pattern for this quilt in the August/September issue of the "Quilt" Magazine.. It was so exciting to actually be published in a magazine for the first time!!

Peconic Quilt Show at Suffolk Community College 2013..

Here are a few pictures of our booth at the Quilt Show...As always this show was a great success! It was great to see so many of my customers and meet new friends..We had the best time ever with Susan Sato of Easy Piecing and Barbara Blossey-Chuvalas of Basket Garden who had their booth in the same room as us. We also had the pleasure of meeting Sarah McNamara of the Paisley Studio..after putting our heads together we will be offering classes from all of these talented ladies in the near future!

Congratulations to all of the Ribbon winners at the Quilt Show this year!!  Here are some pictures of the quilts I quilted along with their ribbons...Each quilt was beautifully pieced and easy to quilt..Good Job Ladies!!
